Dashboard, analytics and reports
Dashboard
The first page after signing in. Every number is a link to the hosts or findings behind it: compliance, missing security updates, critical vulnerabilities, hosts offline, and recent jobs.
Pages update by themselves when something changes, such as a host checking in or a job finishing, so there is no need to reload them.
Analytics
Analytics answers "are we getting better?" over a range you choose: compliance over time, open and fixable vulnerabilities, patching activity, time to remediate, the riskiest hosts, and Device enrollment: hosts that joined and left each day. Patch performance, Compliance posture, Remediation SLA and Executive posture go deeper into each.
Reports
On Reports, choose a Report scope (the whole estate, groups or single hosts), then download:
| Report | Contains |
|---|---|
| Device inventory | Every host with its system, status and compliance |
| Open vulnerabilities | Every open finding, filtered by Severity if you like |
| Patch history | What was installed, where and when |
| Third-party software | Programs from outside the operating system's vendor |
Each comes as Download CSV, Download JSON or Download PDF (the PDF shows up to 5,000 rows; use CSV for the full list).
Executive summary (PDF) is one page for management: posture, remediation, the risk trend and the ten highest-risk hosts.
Scheduled reports
Reports → Scheduled emails a report on a schedule, for example the open vulnerabilities every Monday morning.
- Choose New schedule.
- Pick the Report, the Format (CSV or PDF), how often (Daily, Weekly or Monthly) and the time, in your time zone.
- Choose the Recipients: people in your organization who can see reports.
- Save schedule.
The list shows each schedule's Next run and Last run. Send now sends it straight away, Turn off pauses it, and Edit and Delete change it. Reports are sent with your organization's mail settings.
