Create your organization
An organization is your own RemediForge workspace: your devices, users, policies and history, kept separate from every other organization.
Sign up
Press Get started on this website.
Fill in:

Check your email. We send a link to the address you entered. Nothing is created until you open it.
Open the link within one hour. Your organization is created, with you as its first administrator, and you are signed in to it.
Your trial starts at once. A welcome email gives the trial's end date, how many devices you can enrol, and where to sign in.
The link works once. If it has expired, sign up again.
Your trial and plan
Every organization starts with a free 30-day trial. The welcome email gives its end date and how many devices it covers. A banner in the portal counts down the last days of the trial; Settings → Organization shows your plan, its end date and how many devices you have enrolled.
To continue after the trial, open Settings → Billing and choose a plan: how many devices, and whether you pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at a time. The invoice comes by email straight away. Your paid period starts when the trial ends, and the plan becomes paid as soon as your payment arrives. To change the number of devices later, ask from the same page.
If the trial or a subscription ends, nobody can sign in until it is renewed, but nothing is lost: your devices keep reporting and all your data is kept. When an organization has as many devices as its plan allows, new hosts wait and enrol by themselves once there is room.
Your portal address
Your organization has its own address, such as
https://acme.remediforge.com. Bookmark it: you and your colleagues
sign in there. It is also in the welcome email. You can always find it again
with Sign in on this website (see
Sign in and set up MFA).
If sign-up does not go through
